No,i mean whats with the Basketball thing altogether.There seems to be Basketball clubs attached to all the major European Football clubs but its something that doesnt happen in the UK.We get the NBA on tv but it just looks like a group of seven foot negros throwing a ball around to me.American sports are not popular in the UK at all.

well that's because, basketball is very popular in most of the european countries except in great britain. Let's put it this way, for example in yugoslavia, most football clubs have it's basketball clubs as well, same thing is with handball, volleyball and other team sports. Financially they are not connected, but they all have the same fans, which are "delije" in this case. u might havenotices that FC Barcelona (basketball club) recently became the champs of europe.. i hope i explained something

Sports such as American "football" or baseball are not at all popular. In Serbia basketball is almost as popular as football. Ed, do you like cricket? I know you guys compete with Pakistan and India.

No i hate Cricket,even though i live in the greatest county for Cricket,Yorkshire,where it is played a lot.To me it is a very middle-class sport if you know what i mean.I love Football because it is a Working-class thing,for the masses.

For my sins,i am a loyal supporter of Leeds United and the greatest Ultras are of course,the Honourable fans of Red Star,the Delije.Because,they have known more hardship than most to support their team.
